VRole Privacy Notice
VRole is currently in controlled invited pilot testing in the UK.
Information users may provide
Users may provide CV content, job adverts, application preferences, optional verified evidence and pilot feedback. Users should provide only information they are authorised to use.
How information may be used
Information may be used to analyse job requirements, map candidate evidence, prepare application documents, support job discovery, save pilot preferences, investigate pilot defects and improve the pilot experience.
Sensitive information
Users should not upload passwords, identity documents, medical records, financial information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Third-party services
Some pilot functions may depend on third-party hosting, database, email or job-data services. Their availability may change during the pilot. VRole should not be used to submit confidential employer information unless the user is authorised to do so.
Review before use
Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content for factual accuracy and suitability before using it in an application.

For questions about pilot data, access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@vrole.co.uk. Specific retention periods will be stated once the production retention policy is finalised.
