Add a job advert and your CV
Upload or paste a vacancy and your verified CV. VRole uses the source material you provide as the basis for analysis.
VRole helps job seekers understand what employers want, see which requirements their experience genuinely supports, identify evidence gaps, and prepare tailored application documents without inventing experience.
Currently in controlled, invitation-only pilot testing in the UK.
VRole is designed to make the application process more transparent, reviewable and evidence-led.
Upload or paste a vacancy and your verified CV. VRole uses the source material you provide as the basis for analysis.
VRole separates candidate requirements from responsibilities, benefits, working conditions and application instructions.
Your experience is mapped as supported evidence, evidence needing confirmation, or a genuine evidence gap.
Generate an evidence-grounded CV and cover letter for review before you decide whether to submit.
Tailoring is based on information you provide. Unsupported requirements stay visible rather than being silently rewritten.
See where your experience aligns strongly, where it may be transferable, and where evidence is still missing.
Prepare a role-specific CV and cover letter while keeping factual review and the final application decision in your hands.
During the pilot, VRole is being prepared to support vacancy discovery, evidence-based fit review and a direct path from a selected vacancy into the tailoring workflow.
Users can save preferred roles, locations and discovery preferences to support recurring vacancy discovery during the invited pilot.
Availability note: live vacancy search and recurring checks depend on supported external job-data services and may be enabled progressively during the pilot.
VRole is currently in controlled pilot testing with invited users. The pilot is evaluating requirement extraction, evidence matching, document quality, genuine-gap detection, job discovery and usability before a broader commercial release.
VRole processes information supplied by users to support job matching and application preparation. During the invited pilot, users should use non-confidential application material and review generated documents before submission.
Do not upload passwords, identity documents, medical records, financial information or other sensitive material that is not needed for the application.
Generated CVs, cover letters and job-match information should be reviewed by the user before they are used in an application.
VRole is designed not to create qualifications or experience that are unsupported by the information supplied by the user.
